Nova Codex: The Gentlest Two-Liner C, and a New Baseline for the First C
The C class is usually one where the pilot has to keep up with the wing. Fast inputs, constant attitude management, and tension in rough air come attached like an admission fee. What makes the Codex special is that it lowered that fee. Its planted-overhead stability and reduced input frequency make the C class manageable even for a pilot who has just stepped up from high-B. But don't read "gentle" as "ordinary." The weak-thermal climb and the impressive glide angle came at 96kg all-up, with the wing fully loaded. Launch it light and those strengths shrink in step. The Codex isn't just an easy C; it lowers the barrier to entry, but it only delivers its full value when you load it properly.
