Supair Taska — a 6.35 aspect ratio hidden behind a gentle face

The Taska's strength is unambiguous. It barely lets you feel the tension of a 6.35 aspect ratio across a whole flight, and it gives nothing away in climb to the Cayenne 5 or the Trango X-race. Comfort was not traded for performance. What you shouldn't do is read that mildness as beginner-friendliness. The baseline for calling it comfortable is firmly inside the C category. Catching a half-risen canopy on the brakes in strong wind, damping accelerated movement on the C-risers — those are still the C-class pilot's job. What the Taska lowered is not the entry threshold, but the price a pilot who already handles a C pays for flying a 6.35.
